2. What data we collect
Through the contact and appointment form the following data is collected, provided directly by the user: name, phone number (with its international dialling code) and, if they wish to add one, the message they want to write to us, where they may state what they need and details of their dog (name, breed and so on).
No special categories of data are collected (art. 9 GDPR), and no automated decisions or profiling are carried out with the data provided.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed in order to handle your appointment request or enquiry, to contact you, to confirm the day and time of the service and to reply to your messages. The data is not used to send you advertising or marketing communications.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is the data subject's consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, where applicable, the taking of steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract for a service (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Retention period
The data will be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining contact or the service relationship and, in any event, for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose and from the processing of the data, in accordance with the legally applicable limitation periods. You may request the erasure of your data at any time under the terms of section 7.
6. Recipients and data processors
The data is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. Requests sent through the form arrive by email to the data controller and to another authorised member of their team. To run the website, providers acting as data processors are used: the website's hosting provider and FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), the technical service that receives the form and forwards it by email. A data processing agreement as required by article 28 GDPR must be in place with them. Where any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place only where an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists or appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) have been adopted.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@ohmydoggy.es, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity. If you have given your consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been adopted to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with article 32 GDPR, in order to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing of or access to the data, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing.
